Highland Grove Landscaping & Farm has a great team, filled with passionate and dedicated growers and team members. All members of our staff are carefully selected and focused on delivering exceptional quality services. Our focus is always to keep our clients happy and satisfied at the end of each project.
GREG HOWELL
Greg supervises our installation team. He has an extensive background in engineering and business and has impeccable attention to detail, as well as creative problem solving skills. His eagerness to communicate with the client throughout the installation process is one more reason why he produces such great results on all projects.
DIANA HOWELL
Diana is our Landscape Designer and Production Manager. She specializes in creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. Her designs offer a full seasonal impact that ensures your landscaping is beautiful year-round. She puts the clients’ needs at the forefront of every aspect of the design process and manages the day-to-day logistics and material procurement for our installation crew.
LOREN HOWELL
Loren is a fourth generation grower with a degree in strategic management and manages entire growing operation for Highland Grove Landscaping & Farm. He takes great pride in his work and likes the challenges our clients provide.
JUNIOR PEIXOTO
Jr is our hardscape expert, with a talent for designing and installing paver patios, firepits and retaining walls.
JAQUELYN MANN
Jackie is a people person, with a professional background in nursing. She brings her passion for plants and a talent for design to compliment Highland Grove’s goals.
PATRICK CARLEY
OUTDOOR WOODCRAFTING
Patrick is a 4th generation carpenter from Sharon, Connecticut. He has years of extensive experience building fine furniture for many celebrity clients. We are happy to have him onboard our team as a partner for over ten years. He’s in charge of designing and building beautiful, custom pergolas, decks, gates, and trellises for many of our projects.
CHRISTOPHER GERMANA, P.E.
Christopher Germana owns Germana Engineering and Assoc., LLC, who partners with Highland Grove to produce beautiful architectural renderings for each project. Christopher's passion for landscaping is evident in all projects he handles. He works directly with our designer, producing and fine-tuning the finished product.
COLTON, CARA & WINCHESTER
Cara, Colton, and Winchester are our friendly, official Garden Greeters. Whenever you visit our farm, expect to see one of their smiling faces there to greet you.
